Toomas Ilves, the President of Estonia, is a proponent of internet freedom as a human right and has been honored as co-chair of the World Bank Development Report on IT. Ilves credits his education at Columbia, in particular its renowned Core Curriculum, for inspiring him to make a difference and to lead in a humanistic way.

She gave us insight into the upbringing of this movement and what it was like to organize the first independent student run presidential debate in the history of Mexico.
